- Top wages paid for experienced Technicians (based on experience)
- We actually pay you .3hrs for Multi-Point inspections and .2hrs for Videos .Thats .5 hours on every vehicle
- We offer a Tiered Flat Rate Bonus. 45 to 49.9 $1.00 extra per hour retro back to the first hour 50 to 54.9 $2.00 55 to 59.9 $3.00 and 60 hours and up additional $4.00 per hour.
- We also offer additional $2.00 per hour on internal engine work and electrical diagnostic and repairs additional $3.00 per hour for transmission repairs and diesel repairs
- Paid on-going GM Training
- Solid Service Advisors that work hard to sell services youre recommending
- Parts department dedicated to minimizing your down time

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes tire rotations and brake inspections
- Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of jobs
- Must have PA State and Emissions License
- Must have valid PA Drivers License

- 2 years of Service Technician experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent ASE Certification required
- B level qualifications including Diagnostic Electrical and Engine Repair
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Positive friendly attitude along with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
