As our business continues to grow we are seeking qualified Automotive Technicians to join our service teams at both DAddario GMC Buick Cadillac and DAddario Nissan. Whether you prefer a flat-rate compensation structure or an hourly pay plan we are open to discussing the compensation model that best fits your experience and career goals.

Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and skilled Automotive Technicians to perform vehicle maintenance diagnostics and repairs in a fast-paced dealership environment. Ideal candidates will have strong technical abilities a commitment to quality workmanship and a desire to grow their careers with a respected automotive organization.

Salary: Hourly Rate $20-$40 or Flat Rate Opportunities

Sign On Bonus: $2500

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing routine maintenance:
• Oil changes
• Tire rotations
• Brake service
• Fluid exchanges
• Battery replacement
• Handling moderate mechanical repairs:
• Suspension work
• Steering components
• Water pumps
• Alternators/starters
• Radiators
• Basic engine repairs
• Diagnosing common problems:
• Check engine lights
• Electrical faults
• Drivability concerns
• No-start conditions
• HVAC issues
• Using diagnostic tools:
• Scan tools/OBD-II systems
• Multimeters
• Service information software
• Conduct basic multi-point vehicle inspections
• Identify and report any safety concerns or needed repairs to service advisors
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
• Follow dealership and manufacturer service procedures
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive repair and maintenance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus but not required
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
