Compensation

Expected annual earnings: $45000 - $150000 based on experience certifications productivity hours produced and individual performance.

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brake and HVAC systems
• Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and service information systems
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Follow all safety policies and manufacturer procedures
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems diagnostics and repair techniques
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
