• We actually pay you .3hrs for Multi-Point inspections and .2hrs for Videos .Thats .5 hours on every vehicle

• We offer a Tiered Flat Rate Bonus. 45 to 49.9 $1.00 extra per hour retro back to the first hour 50 to 54.9 $2.00 55 to 59.9 $3.00 and 60 hours and up additional $4.00 per hour.
• We also offer additional $2.00 per hour on internal engine work and electrical diagnostic and repairs additional $3.00 per hour for transmission repairs and diesel repairs
• For GM Technicians we are part of the GM Technician Excellence Program which means an extra $2000 to $6000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues accurately and efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes tire rotations and brake inspections
• Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of jobs
• Must have PA State and Emissions License
• Must have valid PA Drivers License
