Jack Madden Ford is looking for motivated and skilled Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing team!

MONDAY TO FRIDAY NO WEEKENDS!!!!

• Perform accurate and efficient vehicle diagnostics maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to Ford specifications.
• Inspect vehicles and identify additional repair or maintenance needs.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and technical resources to properly diagnose concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Continue developing your technical skills and product knowledge.

• Automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to efficiently and accurately complete repairs.
• A commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Dependable motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ford experience and certifications are a plus but were interested in technicians with a wide range of automotive experience.
