Automotive Service Technician

Diehl VW of Wooster is hiring experienced service technicians.

Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency in accordance with dealership and manufactures standards.

• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension air conditioning braking ect
• Explain mechanical diagnostic and required repairs in a non-technical manner to advisor or customer
• Able to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license (required)
• Manufacture specific training (Preferred)
• ASE certification (preferred)
• 6 years mechanical experience (required)
• Clean driving record (required)
• The ability to work overhead and bent over for long periods of time (required)

Job Type: Full-time
