Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday occasional Saturdays as needed

Compensation

• $20-$40 per flagged hour

• Seminole Ford uses a Flag Rate pay structure.

Role Summary

Seminole Ford is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service department. Youll be responsible for performing maintenance diagnostics and repairs with accuracy and efficiency while delivering a high-quality experience for our customers. Whether youre experienced or looking to advance your tech career we offer a strong environment to grow.

Responsibilities

• Perform work listed on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy

• Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle systems
  including engine transmission steering suspension brakes electrical HVAC

• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and OEM equipment

• Conduct road tests to verify repairs

• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding work performed and additional needs

• Complete warranty and recall repairs following Ford procedures

• Maintain a clean organized work area

• Stay current with Ford and industry training

Qualifications

• 1 year of technician experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

• Ability to use diagnostic tools and follow repair procedures

• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic

• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

• Ford experience or certifications are a plus but not required
