Feyer Auto Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our team in Edenton this role you will diagnose maintain and repair a wide variety of vehicles ensuring that our customers receive top-quality service and exceptional care. - Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes tire rotations and brake inspections
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on a variety of vehicles
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle problems accurately
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with service advisors and customers
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work environment
- Stay up to date on vehicle technology and repair techniques through ongoing training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as an Automotive Service Technician (ASE Certification preferred)
- Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service
- Valid drivers license
- Competitive salary ranging from $85000.00 to $120000.00 per year paid bi-weekly

Job Summary: We are looking for aService Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and ASE certified. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done.- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- 2 years of Service Technician experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent ASE Certification required
- B level qualifications including Diagnostic Electrical and Engine Repair
- Dexterity requiring a steady hand excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive friendly attitude along with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
