The Role

As an Automotive Service Technician youll play a critical role in delivering safe reliable and high-quality vehicle repairs for our customers. Youll diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns perform inspections and collaborate with service advisors and parts personnel to keep repairs moving efficiently. We are seeking technicians at multiple experience levels and offer ongoing manufacturer training to help you continue building your skills and earning potential.

What Youll Own

• Diagnose and repair vehicles according to GM and dealership standards.
• Perform inspections and identify additional maintenance or safety concerns.
• Accurately document diagnostics repairs and recommendations.
• Communicate repair needs timelines and updates with service advisors.
• Road test vehicles to verify concerns and completed repairs.
• Coordinate with the Parts Department to secure needed parts.
• Utilize TruVideo to document inspections and explain repair recommendations.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Maintain customer vehicle cleanliness and care throughout the repair process.
• Stay current with manufacturer training technical bulletins and evolving technology.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
• Support team success through collaboration and additional duties as needed.

What Were Looking For

• Experience as a Service Technician Diesel Technician Transmission Technician or similar automotive role preferred.
• Strong diagnostic troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform the physical demands of an automotive service environment.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check drug screen and motor vehicle record review.
