• Current or previous Automotive Service Manager experience is REQUIRED
• Proven track record of increasing profitability CSI and team performance
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
• Experience coaching and developing service advisors and technicians
• Ability to drive process improvement while delivering an exceptional customer experience
