Automotive Service Manager

Franklin Ford is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead and oversee our service department operations in Franklin MA! The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction manage a team of technicians and ensure the efficient running of all service activities while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Manage daily service department operations to achieve high customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Supervise train and motivate service technicians and support staff.
• Coordinate service schedules repairs and maintenance work to optimize workflow.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies.
• Resolve customer concerns and manage service-related communications efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support dealership goals and customer retention.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role within the automotive service industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostic systems.
• Ability to manage budgets schedules and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with dealership management software and related tools.
• Valid drivers license and understanding of local automotive regulations.
