We are looking for a dependable Service Lane Porter who takes pride in staying organized helping the team and maintaining a professional service drive.

Cloninger Ford is seeking an Automotive Service Lane Porter to support daily service department operations. This role focuses on vehicle movement customer assistance and maintaining a clean safe service lane environment. The ideal candidate is reliable detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast paced dealership setting.

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

• Full time

• Day shift

• Monday through Saturday (Half day on Saturday)

• Ability to commute to Cloninger Ford in Hickory NC

• In person on site position

• Valid drivers license required

• Move customer vehicles to and from the service drive shop and parking areas

• Greet customers and assist service advisors as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lane and customer waiting areas

• Perform vehicle shuttling and light driving tasks

• Assist with keeping keys and vehicles organized

• Follow dealership safety policies and procedures

• Support technicians and service advisors with daily tasks

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and follow directions

• Ability to stand walk and lift up to 50 pounds
