Automotive Service Greeter - Honda of Downtown Chicago
Honda of Downtown Chicago part of the Murgado Automotive Group is hiring a friendly dependable Automotive Service Greeter to welcome service customers and help keep our service drive running smoothly. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys helping people staying organized and creating a positive first impression.
Location: Chicago IL Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Dealership/service department hours; schedule may include weekdays and Saturdays
What Youll Do
Greet customers: Welcome guests as they arrive in the service drive and create a professional helpful first impression.
Direct traffic: Assist with vehicle flow in the service lane and help customers find the right advisor or waiting area.
Support the service team: Communicate with service advisors technicians and porters to help provide a smooth customer experience.
Answer basic questions: Provide clear friendly assistance and connect customers with the appropriate team member when needed.
Keep areas organized: Help maintain a clean safe and welcoming service drive and customer waiting area.
Represent the dealership: Demonstrate professionalism courtesy and a customer-first attitude every day.
What Were Looking For
Customer service mindset: Friendly patient and professional with strong communication skills.
Dependability: Reliable attendance punctuality and the ability to stay focused in a busy service environment.
Organization: Ability to multitask follow directions and prioritize customer needs.
Valid drivers license: A valid drivers license and clean driving record are required.
Experience: Previous customer service hospitality retail or automotive experience is helpful but we are willing to train the right candidate.
