George Wall Fordhas a job opening for a Service Advisor. We are looking for a conscientious people-oriented candidate dedicated to delivering first-class customer service as well as help foster a positive team atmosphere.

Prior Ford and Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferredfor this position as it is pivotal that our technicians and advisors can effectively communicate not only with each other but with our customers as well.

Compensation/Benefits

• Pay structure based on total shop production and individual productivity - estimated compensation is $100k-$120k
• Medical and dental coverage offered and partially funded by George Wall Ford

Responsibilities

• Greetcustomers promptly and clearly reportall vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determineand recommendneeded maintenance based on age mileage and vehicle history
• Preparecomplete and accurate estimates of cost for labor and parts
• Monitorthe progress of each vehicle throughout the day updating customers frequently
• Verifythat the final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order
• Explainall completed work and charges to customers

Qualifications

• Ability to work hard with limited supervision
• Must be able to multi-taskin a fast-paced work environment
• Knowledge of automobiles
• Positive attitude
• High volume mentality
