What Youll Do

• Greet customers build trust quickly and create a professional first impression
• Listen to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair orders
• Review inspections estimates maintenance needs tires brakes alignments and repair recommendations
• Present service recommendations with confidence urgency and integrity
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process
• Coordinate workflow with technicians managers and other advisors
• Follow up with customers drive approvals and help the shop operate at a high level
• Deliver a premium service experience that keeps customers coming back

What Were Looking For

• 2-5 years of automotive service tire sales service coordination assistant manager crew chief or customer-facing automotive retail experience preferred
• Strong customer communication and sales instincts
• Comfortable in a fast-paced service environment with high expectations
• Competitive coachable and motivated by growth and income potential
• Ability to build trust overcome objections and keep customers informed
• Organized enough to manage multiple repair orders estimates calls and follow-ups
• Professional team-first and willing to learn a higher-level repair-shop operating model
• Valid drivers license
