You Must Have:

• Minimum 2 Years of Automotive Service Advisor Experience
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Ability to work Saturdays when required
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds isPreferred
• Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair such as creating work orders arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians and providing estimates to the consumer and finalizing invoices.
• Advise Customers on Recommended Repairs
• Communicating with Service Technicians on Approved Work by Customers
• Update Management on Repairs and Work Status
• Keep up to date on Status of All Vehicles in Shop and Keep Customers Informed
• Answer Inbound Calls from Customers Inquiring to Their Repair Status
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism
• Maintain certification with factory
• Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management.
