• Greet customers and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the service process
• Listen to customer concerns and identify vehicle maintenance and repair needs
• Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services
• Prepare and explain repair orders estimates costs and timelines
• Communicate technician findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Keep customers updated on repair status and potential delays
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
• Coordinate with technicians parts and other service department team members
• Maintain accurate repair orders and customer records in the dealership DMS
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally
• Help deliver an efficient and exceptional service experience from write-up through vehicle delivery

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor Service Writer or dealership service experience preferred
• Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram or Stellantis experience is a plus but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain automotive repairs and recommendations clearly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume service department
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously
• Basic computer and dealership software proficiency
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
