Group 1 Automotive is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment enjoy building customer relationships and are passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
- Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
- Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
- Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
- 2 years of Automotive dealershipService Advisor experience is required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Positive & Friendly Attitude
- Interpersonal Communication skills
- Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
- Ability to achieve targeted goals
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a Valid Drivers License
Compensation: The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result compensation may vary based on several factors including individual performance and market conditions. The range in yearly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $60000 - $100000 / a year.
