• Prepare repair orders and estimates
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
• Follow up on repair progress and keep customers informed
• Handle invoicing scheduling and customer satisfaction
• Maintain professionalism and build long-term customer relationships

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive service advisor or repair shop experience preferred
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Proficiency with shop management software is a plus
• Valid drivers license
