Automotive Service Advisor

Brondes Ford Maumee is seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Maumee this role you will be the vital link between our customers and our service department ensuring an exceptional service experience while promoting vehicle maintenance and repair services.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in understanding their vehicle service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with service technicians and customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous service.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and vehicle services performed.
• Promote additional services and products that meet customer needs.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in automotive service advising or related automotive/customer service roles is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is a plus.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software tools.
