Job Summary
Compensation: $45000$75000 per year

- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
- Write repair orders and communicate vehicle concerns clearly with technicians.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs.
- Build long-term customer relationships through outstanding service.
- Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient workflow.
- Smaller team-oriented dealership with 4 main shop technicians and 1 express technician.
- Service Advisors average 79 repair orders per day.
- Advisors consistently average 2.5 labor hours per repair order.
- Earning potential of $45000$75000 annually depending on performance.
- 5-day work week with rotating Saturdays (every other Saturday).
- If you work Saturday youll receive a scheduled weekday off.
- Schedule:
- MondayFriday: 7:30 AM 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized professional and team-oriented.
- Computer proficiency and dealership software experience are a plus.
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record required.
