- Greet customers promptly and professionally ensuring an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
- Communicate repair recommendations costs and timelines clearly and effectively.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Review completed work with customers and explain services performed.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales performance goals.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Companys Values in all interactions with customers coworkers and business partners.
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience required.
- Previous dealership experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to recommend maintenance and repairs needed.
- Positive attitude professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and technology skills.
- Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve performance objectives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
