- Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process
- Build relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right Chevrolet vehicle and financing options
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Generate business through referrals networking and dealership-provided leads
- Maintain knowledge of Chevrolet products technology and current promotions
- Work collaboratively with management finance and service departments to deliver a seamless experience
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude self-motivation and a desire to succeed

- Basic computer and technology skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
