Automotive Sales Manager

Berman STAR Nissan/Infiniti is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team!

The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales department ensuring exceptional customer service achieving sales targets and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities excellent communication skills and a proven track record in automotive sales. 

Job Title: Automotive Sales Manager
Location: Berman STAR Nissan/Infiniti (Niles IL) 
Pay: $120000-$180000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Lead motivate and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
• Train coach and mentor sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and resolving customer concerns promptly
• Ensure the sales department operates efficiently and meets dealership goals and KPIs
• Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies as needed
• Foster a positive high-energy and collaborative sales environment

Qualifications :

• Must have 3 years of experience in automotive sales with at least 1 year in a management or leadership role within a dealership
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships
