Keller Bros Dodge is seeking a motivated outgoing and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a team environment and enjoy building strong relationships with customers while working in a fast-paced dealership setting. • Respond to inquiries highlight vehicle features and conduct test drives

• Provide accurate payment quotes and financing options

• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals

• Assist customers with all aspects of vehicle ownership and maintain accurate records

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license and clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of sales or retail experience preferred

• Ability to pass state licensing requirements for a Salesperson License (PA)

• Strong written verbal and customer service skills

• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems

• Team-oriented with a positive coachable attitude

• Physically able to perform job functions (standing lifting bending)
