- Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle
- Build relationships through exceptional customer service
- Follow up with internet phone and showroom customers
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
- Present financing protection products and trade values alongside our management team
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM
- Deliver an outstanding purchase experience that earns lifelong customers and 5-star reviews
- Continuously improve through daily training and coaching
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
