Compensation: $50000 to $250000 annually (commission-based; pay is dependent on performance) plus a guaranteed $5000 monthly salary during your first 90 days of employment prorated based on start date and days worked within the month.

The Role

As an Automotive Sales Associate you will play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering a transparent professional and customer-focused purchasing experience. You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process from the first greeting to vehicle delivery and beyond. What Youll Own:

• Create an exceptional customer experience from first greeting to final delivery.
• Match customers with vehicles that fit their needs lifestyle and budget.
• Demonstrate vehicle features through walk-arounds and test drives.
• Complete sales documentation accurately and collaborate with finance and management teams to close deals.
• Develop lasting customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business.
• Stay knowledgeable on products technology and automotive trends.
