What Youll Do

• Understand and execute the dealership sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery
• Present and demonstrate inventory effectively to customers
• Review update and manage leads in CRM
• Prepare and review monthly forecast with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index Gross Average and monthly unit targets
• Stay up-to-date on products market trends and certifications
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Prior retail automotive sales experience required
• Sales training industry experience or relevant education is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated goal-oriented and results-driven
