• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by greeting and engaging shoppers both in-person and through digital channels with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Listen to customer needs and expertly match them with the right vehicle from our exciting Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram lineup.
• Lead engaging test drives vehicle walkarounds and feature demonstrations using the latest product knowledge and technology.
• Guide customers through the buying process smoothly closing deals while maintaining a no-pressure transparent approach.
• Build lasting relationships through timely follow-ups personalized communication and exceptional service that drives repeat business and referrals.
• Stay current on new models features promotions and industry trends.
• Collaborate with finance service and detailing teams to ensure a seamless one-team customer journey.

• Prior automotive sales experience is preferred (we provide robust training for motivated career-changers with strong customer service backgrounds).

• Self-motivated goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
• Positive outgoing personality with a team-first mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
