Automotive Sales Associate

Roberts Motors in Alton IL is adding an Automotive Sales Associate to its sales team. This role is built around helping customers find the right vehicle through a consultative relationship-first approach. • Welcome and assist customers address their questions and help guide them toward the vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget

• Offer test drives to all prospects and follow dealership procedures for verifying identification

• Present vehicle features performance specs and available options clearly

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager

• Track daily weekly and monthly performance to identify areas for improvement

• Stay current on product knowledge across the full vehicle lineup

• Prior automotive sales experience preferred

• Strong customer service negotiation and communication skills

• Clear and confident communicator both written and verbal

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
