Responsibilities:
- Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Ford selling process
- Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
- Test drives present vehicle product information pricing and incentives
- Complete Daily Work Plan
- Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
- Training will be provided
- Motivation to be successful
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to create and maintain outstanding customer relationships
- Strong computer & phone skills
- Prior sales or retail experience preferred
- Maintain professional business attire and appearance
- Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
