Job Responsibilities
Perform all refinish work according to OEM and company specifications
Accurately match paint colors using specified color charts
Mix stir and thin paints to match vehicle color specifications
Follow OEM standards for blending formulas topcoat application and curing
Monitor paint operations to identify and correct defects such as blisters or streaks
Verify paint consistency prior to application
Communicate vehicle status throughout the paint process
Apply designs lettering logos or decorative elements using paint brushes or sprayers
Lay out logos symbols or designs using blueprints stencils patterns and measuring tools
Skill Requirements
Certifications in paint and refinish procedures
I-CAR certifications (preferred)
Prior automotive refinish experience required
Ability to receive and give direction in a team environment
Reliable work history
Must be able to pass a thorough background check
