Automotive Quick Lane Service Technician

Capital Ford of Raleigh is looking for a motivated and dependable Quick Lane Technician to join our fast-paced service team! Whether youre just starting your automotive career or already have experience performing routine maintenance this is a great opportunity to grow your skills with one of the areas leading Ford dealerships.

What Youll Be Doing

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes tire rotations and multi-point inspections
• Replace air filters cabin filters windshield wipers and batteries
• Check and maintain fluid levels
• Mount balance and repair tires
• Inspect brakes belts hoses. and other vehicle components
• Recommend additional maintenance or repairs based on inspection findings
• Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation
• Keep work areas clean organized and safe
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer procedures

What Were Looking For

• Previous automotive maintenance or Quick Lane experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Basic mechanical knowledge and a strong willingness to learn
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Team player with excellent communication skills
