Job Summary

Description of the Role

As a key member of our sales team the Product Specialist serves as a knowledgeable advisor to customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process. This role requires extensive knowledge of vehicle features performance safety systems accessories and technology within our new vehicle inventory.

The Product Specialist is often the first point of contact for customers visiting our dealership and plays an essential role in creating a welcoming professional and informative buying experience. This position is responsible for helping customers identify the vehicle that best fits their needs while building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Guide customers through vehicle selection based on their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of vehicle inventory features safety systems and technology
  • Demonstrate vehicle technology and features using tablets smartphones and other digital tools
  • Assist guests throughout the purchasing process
  • Maintain communication with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and management team to provide an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

Requirements include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
  • Comfortable using computers laptops iPads cell phones and other technology
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record required

Position Details

  • $3000 guaranteed compensation for the first 3 months
  • Full-time position
  • 40-hour work week
  • Flexible scheduling
  • No Sundays
