Automotive Porter

As a Senior Porter your essential job functions include:

Being responsible for cleaning and refurbishing vehicles to meet our companys quality standards. This includes both the interior and exterior of vehicles ensuring that each car is presented in pristine condition.

Responsibilities

• Use appropriate cleaning products and tools for each task maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Report any damage or issues to Management immediately.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Porteris responsible forthe transporting of cars to and from locations
• Deliver vehicles in a courteous and professional manner
• Drive locally or out of area as needed following all traffic signals and rules of the road
• May be asked to perform miscellaneous job-related duties assigned
• Maintain regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform thorough cleaning washing waxing and polishing of vehicle exteriors as needed
• Vacuum shampoo and clean vehicle interiors including upholstery carpets and floor mats.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required.
• Previouscustomer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for vehicle care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid drivers license
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing workspace.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including safety and health regulations.

Physical Job Requirements

• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Must be capable of simple and fine motor hand manipulations.
• Work in ventilated automotive repair shops refurbishing facilities or outdoor.
• Ability to operate various detailing equipment and tools.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and geographic location.
