From the moment a guest arrives on our lot to the moment their vehicle is returned to their driveway you will play a direct role in making that experience seamless and welcoming. • Welcome customers upon arrival and create a positive first impression through attentive professional service

• Manage valet parking and vehicle staging throughout the dealership lot

• Transport customer vehicles to and from their homes as needed

• Respond to guest questions about vehicle service sales and dealership amenities in person by phone and by email

• Assist with dealership deliveries errands and general operational tasks as assigned

• Keep the lot service drive and guest-facing areas clean organized and inviting

• Operate dealership mobile and communication software accurately

• Uphold all dealership policies and safety standards at all times

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (required)

• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

• Prior experience in customer service hospitality or a related field preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Reliable punctual and able to maintain a consistent schedule including occasional Saturdays

• Comfortable on your feet and able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout a shift

• Positive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences

• Must be able to pass background and drug screenings

• High school diploma or equivalent required
