Automotive Parts Advisor

BMW of Lafayette is seeking a dedicated Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team in Lafayette this role you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their automotive parts needs ensuring accurate order processing and supporting the service department to maintain efficient operations.

• Assist customers in identifying and ordering automotive parts and accessories
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update parts database regularly
• Collaborate with service technicians to fulfill parts requests promptly
• Process orders and handle billing in a timely manner
• Provide expert advice on part compatibility and availability
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department
• Follow all safety and company policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an automotive parts or sales role preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems
• Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology is a plus

• Competitive salary ranging from $40000.00 to $70000.00 per year paid bi-weekly
