The ideal candidate will have experience working with water-based paint lines and a background with Spies Heckler paints. This role requires a dedicated professional with at least two years of automotive painting experience to ensure high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning sanding and masking prior to painting
• Apply water-based paint and clear coats accurately using the Spies Heckler paints
• Ensure all paint work meets company quality standards and industry safety guidelines
• Maintain and clean painting equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and customer specifications
• Inspect finished vehicles to detect any imperfections or inconsistencies

• Minimum of two years experience in automotive painting
• Proficiency with water-based paint lines
• Experience with Spies Heckler paint preferred
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to paint application and equipment handling
