About the Role:
Midas Vineland is looking for a skilled and passionate Automotive Master Technician to join our team in Vineland NJ! This is your opportunity to bring your expertise to a trusted name in the automotive industry while working in a dynamic fast-paced shop environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models
- Execute complex engine transmission brake suspension and drivetrain repairs
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations
- Utilize diagnostic scan tools and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Mentor and support junior technicians and service staff
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently accurately and in accordance with safety standards
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
Requirements:
- ASE Master Technician certification strongly preferred
- 5 years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnostic experience
- Proficiency with computerized diagnostic tools and shop equipment
- Strong knowledge of brakes exhaust tires alignments and general auto repair
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume shop environment
- Strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude
