• Current ASE Master Technician Certification (Required)
• 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Strong knowledge of engine performance electrical systems drivability suspension brakes and A/C systems
• Experience with scan tools diagnostics software and modern repair equipment
• Ability to perform major and minor repairs efficiently
• Valid drivers license
• Positive attitude leadership mindset and team player

• Diagnose and repair domestic Asian and European vehicles
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and system analysis
• Complete repairs to manufacturer and safety standards
• Mentor junior technicians when needed
• Maintain productivity and quality goals
• Keep accurate repair documentation
