• General building maintenance (interior & exterior)
• Light repairs (plumbing electrical carpentry)
• Maintain cleanliness of service drive showroom and customer areas
• Snow removal salting and seasonal upkeep
• Monitor and maintain equipment and systems
• Coordinate with outside vendors when needed
• Assist departments with facility-related needs

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Reliable punctual and detail-oriented
• Valid drivers license
