Our service departments are busy fast-paced and built around quality workmanship efficiency and customer care. With our service departments averaging a high volume of appointments every day our Lube Technicians stay busy while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Were looking for a motivated Lube Oil & Filter Technician who wants to build a long-term career in automotive service. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door learn directly from experienced and Master Technicians and develop the skills needed to advance into a full-service technician role. Youll gain real-world experience every day while working alongside a team that is committed to helping you grow.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes filter replacements tire rotations lubrication services and other preventive maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Inspect and replenish vehicle fluids and check and adjust tire pressure as needed.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and communicate any recommended or additional services to the Service Advisor.
- Document all work performed accurately on the repair order.
- Keep customer vehicles clean and notify the Service Advisor of any concerns or changes in vehicle condition.
- Work alongside experienced and Master Technicians to learn proper diagnostic repair and maintenance procedures.
- Participate in manufacturer-sponsored and in-house training to continuously develop your automotive skills.
- Maintain dealership tools and equipment and keep your work area clean safe and organized.
- Follow all OSHA hazardous waste disposal and dealership safety requirements.

Requirements
- No prior experience required; a background in automotive service or a related technical field is a plus.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment and manage time efficiently.
- Own a basic set of personal hand tools (specialty tools provided by the dealership).
