Automotive Inventory Manager

Malloy Ford in Charlottesville is seeking an experienced Automotive Inventory Manager to oversee our new and used car lot. This is a leadership role for individuals with previous Porter experience who would like to grow their career in the automotive industry.

• Lot Porter / Lot Manager
• Stock in and maintain clean organized automotive lots (new & used inventory)
• Park align and merchandise vehicles for optimal presentation
• Move vehicles between sales service detail and delivery areas
• Fuel vehicles install license plates and assist with vehicle prep
• Stage vehicles in the showroom and service drive
• Perform daily lot inspections and report damage or issues
• Track keys and assist with vehicle inventory management
• Support sales team with vehicle readiness and presentation
• Maintain a professional dealership appearance

• Previous experience as a lot porter preferred
• Ability to commute to the address of our dealership.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
