Automotive Internet Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Internet Sales Manager to join our team at Bob Boyte Chevy in Biloxi this role you will be responsible for managing and growing our internet sales department driving customer engagement and ensuring a seamless online sales experience. You will collaborate with the sales team and service department to maximize lead conversion and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Manage and oversee the internet sales process from lead generation through closing.
• Respond promptly to internet inquiries and follow up with potential customers via phone email and other communication channels.
• Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth transactions.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize internet lead conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of internet leads and customer interactions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor online activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
• Train and coach sales team members on best practices for internet sales.
