Schedule: Monday to Friday (Future Saturday flexibility may be required as we grow)

What Youll Do (Responsibilities)

• Perform official Texas state vehicle safety and emissions inspections.
• Perform high-quality oil changes fluid flushes and preventative maintenance services.
• Conduct tire services including mounting balancing rotations and flat repairs.
• Replace basic wear-and-tear items such as batteries bulbs wiper blades and filters.
• Complete thorough digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) using a shop tablet to check brakes steering suspension and fluid conditions.
• Document inspection findings clearly with notes and photographs to assist the service advisors.
• Maintain a clean safe and highly organized shop floor.

What Were Looking For (Requirements)

• Credentials: Active Texas State Vehicle Inspector License is required. Valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record are mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a professional shop environment or automotive trade school preferred.
• Skills: Comfortable performing basic maintenance safety inspections and utilizing tablets/digital inspection software.
• Tools: Basic set of hand tools appropriate for an entry-level position (wrenches sockets screwdrivers).
• Mindset: A highly dependable individual with strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and a coachable attitude.
