• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes and vehicle inspections.
• Test drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose maintain and repair automotive systems as needed.
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding additional service recommendations.
• Provide accurate estimates of time required for additional repairs.
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Fast learner with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technology and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
