RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and updating service advisorsfrequently
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
- Properly assigning repair orders to appropriate technicians
- Confirming Part availabilityand status
- Track technician progress on repairs for scheduling timelines
- Help increase shop production and efficiency.
Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner if needed
