Key Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on the latest repair methods technologies and OEM procedures
• Disassemble repair and reassemble vehicles to OEM and company standards
• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
• Complete vehicle body repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Perform welding soldering panel replacement and vehicle body alignment operations
• Identify additional damage and communicate repair needs promptly
• Work closely with estimators and team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Attend I-CAR training and remain current on OEM repair guidelines
• Operate collision center equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Must have automotive collision repair experience
• Ability to complete light to heavy repairs on vehicle body work
• Ability to complete/repair automotive structural work on guests vehicles
• Product knowledge of various auto industry brands
• Ability to work in a high-performance fast-paced team environment
• Organized & Guest-focused
• Willing to submit to a pre-hire background check
• Ability toremain in stationary positions (standing/sitting) for extended periods of time 6 plus hours.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs comfortably
• Ability to bend squat kneel or stoop as needed
• Valid Drivers License
