Dealership Appointment Coordinator

Join Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM -Pineville as an Automotive Business Development Coordinator and play a key role in driving our business growth in our Service and Parts Departments. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers identifying new business opportunities and supporting our sales and marketing initiatives. • Generate and follow up on leads to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Coordinate with sales service and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Track and analyze business performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in organizing events and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage CRM systems effectively.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to enhance business development efforts.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
• Previous experience in automotive sales marketing or business development is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $22.00 paid semi-monthly.
