Job Summary
Voss Auto Network is looking for a Billing Clerk to join our Network Office team! We are seeking a dependable organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with numbers and ensuring that paperwork and transactions are accurate and completed on time.
The primary responsibility of the Billing Clerk is to accurately record new and used vehicle sales deals in the accounting system
(Reynolds and Reynolds) verifying that relief of inventory profit and commissions are recorded properly and in a timely manner.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities of the billing clerk are:
Organize all deal paperwork checking for completeness while preparing funding packages for financial institutions and title paperwork for title clerks.
Process payoff checks for customer trade-ins.
Bill new and used vehicle deals in the accounting system communicating with managers if there is a profit discrepancy or incomplete paperwork.
Apply for factory incentives on a franchise-specific basis
Review accounting schedules related to the billing process; follow up on any aged items that require research
Provide additional administrative support as needed
Any other duties as assigned by the accounting manager as determined by skill desire to grow and learn new things and time availability.
Qualifications:
- Previous billing accounting bookkeeping or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial information
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
